These Diesel clogs have been favourites for a while - the perfect combination between functional and fashionable shoes. They are soft, black leather that has worn really well so they're still in great shape (see pictures) and very comfortable to wear.

User Guidelines

1. This is a forum for Canadians to buy and sell unused/gently worn, designer and vintage clothes and accessories. The blog is not for the purpose of profit.

2. Sellers: Please include photos and key details (i.e. measurements, overall condition, imperfections) of the item you are selling. Please also list the price you paid, your asking price plus shipping cost and the deadline for your post (allow at least one week for buyers to comment). To keep the blog organized, the title of the post should have only the designer name, size and type of item and labels should only be the designer/brand name or labelled as “vintage”.

Once the listing has closed, a winner must be randomly drawn to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity. The winner should make payment via Paypal within three days of notification by the seller. Once the transaction has been completed, please update the post to show the item has been sold.

3. Buyers: If you would like to purchase the item, leave your name and email address in the comments section of the posting. Please comment only if you are committed to buying the item. A random draw will be held after the listing closes and the winner will be contacted to make payment. The buyer will arrange payment through Paypal.

1. What kinds of items can I list for sale?

The intention of the blog is to buy and sell designer, unique (i.e. handmade, one-of-a-kind) or vintage items of clothing and accessories rather than trendy, fast-fashion pieces. However, if a seller has something in new or excellent condition from stores such as H&M, Zara, etc, feel free to list it here.

2. How do I become a seller on this blog?

If you would like to become a regular seller, please contact us at thechicfriperie [at] gmail [dot] com and we will provide you with the administrative rights to create listings. If you have only a few items you would like posted, please send us the details (as outlined in guideline no. 2 above), and we will post the item(s) on your behalf.

3. What is a reasonable asking price for an item?

Generally speaking, if the item is new and unused, a discount of at least 30% from the paid price (not retail) would be reasonable. For articles which have been worn, a discount of at least 50% (depending on the item’s condition), should be offered. Ultimately however, it is up to the seller to decide what he/she is comfortable with.
